Coastal Weddings

The Rosevine is a little bit different offering a great alternative - a big house by the sea, that can be all yours if you wish, hidden away on the unspoilt Cornish roseland, with Porthcurnick beach at the bottom of the lane. The Rosevine, is licensed for civil ceremonies, and your wedding can be as intimate or elaborate as you choose. A reception for up to 50 guests can be hosted in the house, or in a marquee or tipi in the garden for larger parties.

Our approach

There are many beautiful properties in Cornwall that can act as the backdrop to a wedding. The Rosevine though comes with a highly experienced team at the helm.

It’s our job to make your wedding look effortlessly stylish, and to ensure that every element comes together just when it should. Each fabulous wedding we host becomes a very special part of our year too.

With an extensive portfolio of weddings and celebrations between them, both the Rosevine’s owner and General Manager have delivered events all over the world.

Exclusive use weddings

For a totally private wedding the house can be booked exclusively, and there are lots of ways to create some special memories.

The Rosevine is available for an exclusive use wedding between September and June. Up to 50 guests can be hosted in the house itself, with larger parties in a marquee or wedding tipi in the grounds. Fifteen guest studios and apartment style suites sleep up to 24 adults and 20 children.

Day weddings

A small daytime wedding can be hosted at anytime of year. Hold the ceremony in either the drawing room, dining room or private dining room, followed by drinks and canapés or a lunchtime reception.

Ceremony only

You can book the drawing room or the private dining room for a civil ceremony.

Reception only

If you are getting married locally we can host a daytime drinks reception with lunch.
