You can now rent a self catering house by the week (in the grounds of the Rosevine) during school holidays and summer holidays. With private garden and bbq, and just a stone’s throw from the beach. The house is comfortable, and simply decorated with white walls and a mix of slate, sea grass and painted wooden floors.

Tariff
Rental price £1250 to £2750 per week.
Available during school holidays and for the summer months.
Outside of this time on request. To rent by the week. Changeover day Friday.
A 30% deposit is required on booking and the balance is due 12 weeks prior to arrival, together with a £300 damage/cleaning deposit. Booking conditions apply. Payment by credit card incurs a 2% surcharge. Bank transfers, cheques and debit cards do not incur a charge.
Notes
- The Lookout is separate to The Rosevine and is not included in the guest accommodation rating.
- The Lookout is not available/included as part of an exclusive use booking of The Rosevine.
- The house does not have a telephone line, so you cannot make or receive phone calls directly
- Sorry no pets /smoking allowed.
