Bubbly and canapés, followed by dinner on New Year’s Eve, then we pull back the furniture for dancing!

Studio £1050 (Sleeps 2 adults or 2 adults plus 1 baby/small child.)
Family apartment £1250 (Sleeps 2 adults and up to 2 to 3 children.)
House parties bookings include use of the house facilities - the indoor pool, playroom, and drawing room. The house has wireless internet access and a laundry room. Breakfast and children’s high tea optional but not included (you have your own kitchen and dining space too, so you can do a bit of your own thing should you wish.) Bookings must be accompanied by a credit card and a deposit of 50% is charged on confirmation. The outstanding balance is due on the 1st November and payment will be taken from the card. Once a booking is confirmed it is subject to the full charge in the event of cancellation.
