Surround yourself with family and friends for a relaxed but stylish Cornish coastal wedding. The Rosevine is a big house by the sea hidden away on the unspoilt Roseland looking out towards Portscatho and just a short stroll from Porthcurnick beach.
The whole house, which is licensed for civil ceremonies, can be booked for a wedding between September and June. A reception for up to 50 guests can be hosted in the house itself, with larger parties in a marquee or a tipi in the grounds.
8 guest apartments & 7 studios accommodate up to 30 adults and 20 children. Ceremonies or small daytime weddings can be hosted at any time of year.
Wedding Food
House chefs serve modern country food. Tapas, a formal supper, even a midnight snack – its your day, so its all about you.
Who says weddings and children don’t mix?
The house has an unfussy and relaxed feel to it so children can roam happily. A large garden with trampoline and play area, indoor pool and their own playroom means that rain or shine everyone in the wedding party is well looked after. Children’s food, an entertainer and babysitters can be arranged. All the ingredients for a child friendly wedding.
Wondering about a winter wedding in Cornwall?
What about a magical winter wedding anytime from October to December? Think, ceremony at dusk, torch lit lanterns lining the driveway, antique white flowers and a roaring fire. Serve your guests warming comfort food, mini cups of butternut squash soup, roast rib of Cornish beef and hot apple and cinnamon crumble.
As an added bonus a winter wedding can be as much as half the price of a spring wedding.
