Once we have confirmed our availability, to make a booking we require a 30% non refundable deposit, and completion of the booking form to be sent to us by post or email. When we have received your deposit and completed booking form, we will send you a confirmation showing the deposit paid and the balance remaining. The balance is payable on departure.

* We do not accept Diners and American Express.

If you need to amend a booking outside of the cancellation period we will do our best to help you subject to suitable availability.

Please ensure your travel insurance is arranged at the time of booking.

National Trust Donations

In Devon and Cornwall, the National Trust looks after:
371 miles of coastline (36% of the total)
338 miles of footpaths (including 179 miles of the long-distance South West Coast Path)
Over 100 coastal and countryside car parks, providing access to huge areas of woodland and heathland, to remote cliffs and coves, and to some of Devon and Cornwall's most popular unspoilt beaches.

How "Time Well Spent" works
A £1 voluntary donation will be added to your bill at the end of your stay. You can opt not to pay this - or to pay more if you wish. 100% of your donation will go directly to fund the work of the National Trust in this area.
The Rosevine will be making a similar donation.
