The Rosevine is split 4 studios and 8 family apartment style suites. There are also 3 studios in the Slate House, and a self catering house called the Lookout.
The studios are just the right size for a couple or a couple with a baby or small child and have an open plan sleeping, sitting and dining area with mini kitchen. All have sea views, small balconies. (An interconnecting door means that two studios can to be booked together for a larger family group.)
Our family apartments in Cornwall have an open plan sitting and dining area with mini kitchen. A double bedroom area or separate double bedroom for parents, and a cosy children’s twin or bunk room with either twin beds or New England bunks from Aspace. Most have large French doors which open out onto a private decked terrace or balcony.
All kitchens have fridge with small ice box, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave/combi oven with grill. Included is a welcome bottle of milk, mineral water and store cupboard ingredients. Apartments and suites are serviced daily and pool towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels.)
The Slate House.
We also have 3 small studios in The Slate House (across from the main house). With wooden floorboards, rugs and iron or wooden beds, they are more simply styled. Each has a "beach hut" style kitchenette with toaster, microwave, kettle and fridge. Two lead to a small shared garden and one has an enclosed terrace. Two have wet rooms with showers, and one has a bathroom with freestanding bath. (The 3 studios are adjacent to each other, but do not interconnect.) 1 dog accepted in each by prior arrangement. Subject to nightly charge and a few house rules!.
