Situated on the first floor at the back of the house, but  cosy and one of our favourites despite having no view! Sitting/dining room with sofa bed. French doors leading to large willow panelled screened terrace, which has a table and chairs for outside dining.1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom.2 bathrooms. Sleeps 2 adults and up to 3 children. (3rd child in cot/z bed in twin room or on sofa bed in sitting room.
