The house has a fabulous sea view, looking directly over Gerrans Bay towards Portscatho, and the safe sandy beach is just a 2 minute stroll down the lane. The National Trust owns Porthcurnick beach, and its calm waters are perfect for swimming and rock pooling.
The Roseland peninsula is one of the prettiest and most exclusive parts of Cornwall, and there’s a lot to explore nearby from beaches and hidden coves to riverside creeks. Wander around the boutiques in St Mawes, visit St Mawes castle or hop on the passenger ferry to Falmouth to visit the National Marine Aquarium or Pendennis Castle. The sheltered coastal village of Portscatho is an easy walk along the coastal footpath and we are a stone’s throw from some of the best sailing waters in the UK.
Some nice things people have said about us:
"A super smart family bolthole on the Roseland peninsula, with views that tumble across trim lawns and splash down to the sea...a small oasis where guests of all ages can have great fun."
